This generally happens when the credit card is being declined by the issuing
bank, or when the card is not issued by a U.S. bank. Currently, we only accept
credit cards issued by U.S. banks.
To complete your account registration, please provide us with an alternate
credit card issued by a U.S. bank. You can add a credit card by following
these instructions:
1.Log into your account at https://pmt.integ.amazon.com/ .
2.Click on the "Edit my account settings" link.
3.Click "Add,edit or delete my credit cards".
4.Select the option to enter a new credit card or select a different credit
card from the existing credit cards on your account.
