Refund Prepaid Balance

Recipient's cannot refund or reverse the prepaid balance to a sender's Amazon Payments account or credit card. Amazon FPS allows only a caller to reverse a prepaid transaction.

In our Example 4.8, “- DigitalDownload's Prepaid Card”, the $10 prepaid card that John purchased from DigitalDownload is non-refundable. After making the payment for the MP3 file if John realizes that he can't download the file, he can report the problem to DigitalDownload. DigitalDownload can reverse this transaction and credit the prepaid balance.
